Our organization is not just a group of like-minded people; it is a true community united by faith, mission, and a deep commitment to serving those in need of support. We joined the First Ukrainian Battalion of Military Chaplains in mid-2022—a legendary battalion that began its work in 2014, during the first clashes with Russian aggression. From that moment, our mission became part of the larger work of the battalion, bringing spiritual support and hope to the frontlines of war.
Under the leadership of Ruslan Busko, known by his callsign ROS, who is responsible for working with personnel, the battalion has supported military personnel in the most challenging conditions. We have worked in various parts of Ukraine, accompanying our defenders on the frontlines, offering them spiritual support in their darkest hours.
Recognizing the scale of the challenges ahead, in January 2023, we made a significant decision—to establish a separate unit within our organization, which became an integral part of the structure of the First Ukrainian Battalion of Military Chaplains. This decision allowed us to expand our scope and strengthen the support we provide.
We continue to serve not only on the frontlines but also in hospitals, helping civilians in front-line areas, supporting the families of fallen heroes, and working with the children and mothers of military personnel. Our goal is to be there for those who need us, no matter the circumstances.
We are currently working on creating a center for adaptation and recovery for military personnel and their families—a place that will become a hub for spiritual and psychological healing for those who have survived the horrors of war. Our separate unit operates under the umbrella of the First Ukrainian Battalion, continuing its proud tradition of service and support.
