In March, the chaplain team from the Separate Unit of the First Ukrainian Battalion of Military Chaplains, together with our dear friends from the USA, made a trip to visit soldiers on the frontlines in the Donetsk region.

For several days, the team had the honor of standing alongside our defenders, offering words of encouragement, prayer, blessing — and also high-quality tactical support. As part of the visit, 18 backpacks were delivered, each equipped with top-level tactical medical supplies designed to save lives on the battlefield.

This trip was more than just an act of assistance — it was a deep spiritual connection, heartfelt conversations, and a powerful expression of care. Our chaplains, together with our American friends, prayed with the soldiers, listened to their stories, and talked about faith, hope, and the things that inspire and sustain in the hardest moments.
