This year's Christmas brought special joy and support to the Ukrainian soldiers who are defending our country. The chaplaincy team went to the front line, visiting soldiers in different areas of the frontline. Our mission is to bring a piece of holiday cheer to those who need it most.
The team brought with them Christmas gifts, which were collected thanks to caring citizens. The boxes they delivered to the soldiers contained the necessary items: body jackets, mittens, warm socks, and goodies to boost their morale.
A particularly touching part of the visit was the performance of Christmas songs to the accordion. They sang along with the military, giving them warmth and hope for a better future. In addition, the chaplains prayed with the soldiers, providing spiritual support and strengthening their faith.
This meeting became an important moment for all those present, reminding them that even in the most difficult conditions, where the line of fire becomes a daily challenge, Christmas can unite and give strength to continue the fight.
